Jessica Perkins, DDS
Dr. Perkins, a Mississippi native, earned her undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry from the University of Mississippi. She graduated from the LSU School of Dentistry in 2007, and has been practicing general dentistry in the New Orleans since graduation. Licensed by the LA State Board, she is a member of the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Assocation, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is involved in ongoing dental education with the Crescent City Study Club and is currently involved in a course in implantology with Dr. Michael Block. Dr. Perkins currently resides in New Orleans with her faithful Labrador Retriever, Remy.
David F. Davenport, DDS
Licensed by the Louisiana State Board, Dr. Davenport graduated from the LSU School of Dentistry in 2006. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, and the Northlake Dental Association. He holds certification in Nitrous and Enteral (Conscious) Sedation. In addition, he attended the BICON Institute in Boston, Massachusetts, and studied Surgical and Prosthetic Principles and Advanced Surgical and Prosthetic Techniques in implantology. Dr. Davenport resides in Covington with his wife and two children.
Andrew J. Voelkel, Jr., DDS
Dr. Voelkel is a New Orleans native who earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of New Orleans and his DDS degree from the LSU School of Dentistry. He has been practicing dentistry for 32 years in Covington and is a member of the American Dental Association, Northlake Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and East Baton Rouge Dental Association.

Kim Icamina,
RDH
Kim graduated from LSU School of Dentistry with her Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene in 1993. In 1996, she was elected President of the New Orleans Dental Hygiene Association, which she enjoyed tremendously. Kim furthered her education and attended graduate school at the University of New Orleans where in 1998 she received her Masters of Education in Human Performance and Health Promotion. Kim and her husband, Anthony, have lived in Mandeville for the past 14 years. They have two boys, Trey (10) and Andrew (8), who keep them very busy. In her spare time Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Colby
P. Jenkins, RDH
Colby graduated from LSU School of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2009. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and is certified in local anesthesia. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and doing anything outdoors. Colby lives in Franklinton with her husband.
Ashley L. Burris, RDH
Ashley was born in New Orleans and moved to Mandeville in 1992. She is a 2003 graduate of St. Scholastica Academy and graduated in 2007 from the LSU School of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Science degree in hygiene. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends and playing tennis. Ashley lives in Covington with her husband and their baby boy, Brayden.
